  • Do I need council approval?

    Yes, most pools require either a Complying Development Certificate (CDC) or Development Application (DA). We handle the approvals process on your behalf and guide you every step of the way.

    How long does the process take?

    Approvals can take anywhere from 2–8 weeks depending on your property and council requirements. Once approvals are in place, installation is typically completed within a few days, with final works completed shortly after.

    Costs & Payments

    How much does a pool cost?

    Costs vary depending on the pool size, site access, approvals required, and additional features such as fencing, tiling, and landscaping. We provide detailed, transparent quotes tailored to your property.

    What is the payment schedule?

    Payments are staged throughout the project and typically include:

        •    Deposit to secure your installation

        •    Progress payments aligned with installation milestones

        •    Final payment upon completion

    We will clearly outline all payment stages in your contract.

  • How long does installation take?

    The pool shell installation itself usually takes 1–2 days. Full completion including equipment setup and compliance requirements may take slightly longer depending on the project scope.

    Will my yard be damaged during installation?

    We take great care to minimise disruption and leave your site clean and tidy. Some machinery access is required, but we always work respectfully and professionally.

    Can you help with fencing and compliance?

    Yes. Pool fencing is a legal requirement, and we can guide you through fencing options and compliance requirements to ensure your pool meets all safety regulations.

    After Installation

    Do you provide handover instructions?

    Yes. We provide a full handover and explain how your pool equipment works, including filtration, maintenance, and care.

    Do you offer ongoing support?

    Absolutely. We’re a local business and are always available to answer questions and provide support after installation.

    What warranty is included?

    Our pools come with manufacturer warranties on the shell, as well as warranties on equipment and installation workmanship. Full warranty details are provided in your contract.
